Dar ul-Hijrah Initiative

The purpose of Dar ul-Hijrah Initiative is to build an ecologically sustainable, off-grid community for the benefit of the wider Muslim community and for society in general. We seek to establish a self sufficient community on our own property, that we can use to grow our own food, generate our own energy and catch our own water, eleminiating the need to rely on external parties for our core needs.
